    The guest will be charged for any damage.
  1. Is there a cleaning fee for service animals?
    No.  If a service animal causes damage, the guest will be charged for the damage.
  1. Does the hotel allow emotional support animals?
    Emotional support animals are not service animals.  If the hotel allows pets, emotional support animals would be treated as pets and subject to any pet policies.

Dogs and cats under 40 pounds are permitted in the hotel. The animal must be on a leash at all times and must not be left unattended in the room. There is a $150 non-refundable room cleaning fee for short-term stays. For stays 7-30 days, the fee increases to $300. Additional fees will be assessed if there are any damages incurred throughout your stay. Service dogs are always welcome and exempt from charges.
